With MAiassist customers can select from their device the type of assistance required: accident, theft or breakdown. Once selected, we will automatically locate your exact position by GPS and your details will be sent to the MAPFRE ASSISTANCE systems automatically starting the assistance management process. A few minutes later, you will receive confirmation of the request, informing you of the estimated time of arrival of your assistance unit.
Furthermore, MAiassist has other additional options for improving roadside assistance management. You can modify the user profile, add additional vehicles, access your request
history and directly contact the assistance service by an automatic telephone call from your device in the event of an emergency.
